Ways to Support Your Alma Mater

Cash
Gifts of cash are the most common form of support to SCS.  Checks should be made payable to “Sarasota Christian School”. 

Pledges
Gifts can also be pledged on an annual or multi-year basis to the Annual Fund, Auction, Capital Campaign and/or Endowment Fund.  We are happy to accommodate your preferred schedule for pledge reminders.

Securities
Gifts of appreciated securities is another way to support SCS that can provide beneficial tax implications for the donor.

Planned Giving
Planned Giving allows donors to leave money/assets to SCS at his/her death or invest money so that SCS receives benefits during his/her life and then bequeaths the remaining funds to the SCS.  There are various planned giving opportunities such as wills/bequests, gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, life insurance, and real estate gifts.
