Endowment Giving

Endowment giving ensures the school's future by investing donations and requiring that the principal remain intact. This allows the school to invest the interest income into additional programs and opportunities for students.  Endowments function as a permanent financial resource from which only part of the income is spent on an annual basis.

Sarasota Christian currently has four endowment funds. 

General Endowment:
General endowment funds help support needs not met by one of the endowment funds established by our founding families, which are listed below.

Charles and Ruth Shue Endowment:
This endowment provides tuition assistance to families who desire a Christian education and have significant financial need.

Izzy and Mary Yoder Endowment:
This endowment supports and enriches our elementary school programs.

Clayton and Omar Mayer Endowment:
This endowment supports our tradition of athletic excellence by funding improvements to our athletic offerings as well as maintaining our athletic facilities and keeping them up to date.
